Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)
Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) tapping is a body-focused therapeutic approach that combines elements of cognitive and exposure therapy with gentle tapping on acupoints. This self-stimulation of specific acupuncture points helps to alleviate distress by regulating the nervous system. EFT does not involve needles.
