- The Attitude Changes Trajectory Now! program, offered by Aruna Ramamurthy, a Master Success Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, is designed to help participants shift their mindset and attitude for personal growth.
- This guided meditation program features two 45-minute Thursday evening classes each month.
- Each class begins with a 15-minute meditation focusing on themes like awareness, acknowledgment, acceptance, attitude adjustment, wealth manifestation, and more.
- The next 15 minutes are dedicated to reflection, allowing participants to internalize the meditation and process their thoughts.
- In the final 15 minutes, Aruna acts as an accountability coach, guiding students as they list their projects and goals while helping them stay on track for the next class.
